BEI Construction will attend the California Energy Storage Alliance\u2019s upcoming event on October 17 and 18. This invitation-only gathering of leaders in the energy storage sector
\nfocuses on current efforts to support California\u2019s decarbonatization and grid reliability objectives.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe look forward again this year to join other industry experts to discuss important issues like safety permitting, long-duration energy storage, and integrated resource planning,\u201d says Jerry Zampino, BESS general manager at BEI. \u201cThis annual event is a valuable opportunity for us to stay current on what\u2019s being done to ensure a more affordable and sustainable electric power system in California, an initiative that\u2019s critical to all of us.\u201d<\/p>\n

BEI is an active member of CESA. With 100+ members, the organization is a 501c(6) advocacy group committed to advancing the role of energy storage in the electric power sector\u2014and the definitive voice on the subject in the state. CESA has made grid-connected storage a leading focus area for California and the West. Thanks to the organization\u2019s work, California policymakers now understand the tremendous role energy storage can play to optimize the electric power system.<\/p>\n
